Lauderdale, Florida. 敬請注意各項通知。 April 1, 2013 Dear Classmates of JG62, On February 1, 2013, JG62 2014 Class reunion committee issued a communiqué to all classmates via our volunteers of regional class representatives. We have many feedbacks to clear many issues regarding reunion time and date, registration and deposits for main events. Therefore, Reunion committee would like to make another attempt to make all issues answered and cleared to all of you. I would like to point out the important dates and costs for your references: ● Key Dates • Cruise cabin Reservation deposit (US$250.00 per person) deadline – June 8, 2013 (refundable if cancelled by February 3, 2014) • Cruise cost balance Due – February 3, 2014 • Eastern Caribbean Cruise registration Dateline – June 8, 2013 • Eastern Caribbean Cruise – April 19~26, 2014 ● Cost • Cruise cabin upper class – US$1,189.31 ~ US$1,169.31 • Lower or inner cabin and suite available, cost may differ. To be guaranteed for a ocean view cabin of the world largest cruise ship 'Oasis of the Sea', please submit your deposit of $250.00 per person by June 8, 2013. Your deposit is fully refundable by February 3, 2014 should you change your mind to opt out of this reunion. Starting in April, this committee will update registration count bi-weekly with reunion information updates. We would like to emphasize that the reservation deadline for the Cruise cabin is set to be on June 8, 2013. Your reservation deposit of US$250.00 per person is required. This deposit is refundable should you change your mind before February 3, 2014. We encourage to all classmates to make reservation early to ensure your choice of cabin and other JG62 group activities together, such as dinning seating, side trips, and group discussion session, etc. Classmates register and reserve after the deadline will not be guaranteed to have same dinning seating arrangement and other JG62 reunion group benefit. Cabin reservation after deadline will based on cruise ship cabin availability. We are here to serve you for a success of JG62 reunion. We are open for your comments and suggestions. Although our committee has very limited resources, but we have determined to have the most memorable reunion in 2014.
